Terms of use

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms cover use of improject.org (International Maths Project). By using the site you agree to them. Questions: use the contact form.

What the site is for

We provide maths revision tools for IGCSE, A Level, IB, and lower secondary — practice questions, notes, classroom helpers, and related resources. Content is for learning and teaching, not a substitute for school or exam-board guidance.

Accounts

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, share credentials widely, or attempt to bypass paywalls or rate limits. Sign-ups may be paused or invite-only at times.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to cheat in live exams, redistribute paid or gated materials outside permitted classroom use, scrape or attack our systems, upload malware, or send harassment or illegal content. Do not submit student personal data you are not allowed to share. AI-generated practice is for learning — always check answers with a teacher when it matters.

Content & IP

Site branding, original worksheets, and software are ours or our licensors’. Past-paper PDFs (where offered) remain subject to their publishers’ terms and are school-gated. Affiliate and ad partners have their own policies — see Affiliate disclosure.

Payments

Paid plans are billed via Stripe (and local Hong Kong options where shown). Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact us with your account email and receipt. Features may change as we improve the product.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in Privacy.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every AI or bank question is exam-perfect. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for exam outcomes or indirect losses from using the site.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
